What you prefer more carbs or fats in diet ?

Personally, I respond really well to just protein and fats. I don’t feel at all weak on almost zero carbs. And I’ve built up 15.9 stone of fat free muscle. I know some people pass out on so few carbs training heavy. I’m lucky.
I have to agree with you 100%, on carbs i don’t feel as good as Im on fat&protein based diet. Carbs make me put on extra fat, even my diet is balanced.
Low carbs high protein all the way.
Today people don’t know the difference between carbs/fats/protein. And what they eat is packed full of unnecessary carbs.
They eat for taste every time rather than any sort of nutritional requirements.
In general food in shops are totaly rubbish, if you are not aware of nutrition side of it, these foods will lead to so many problems in the future.
