Personally, I respond really well to just protein and fats. I don’t feel at all weak on almost zero carbs. And I’ve built up 15.9 stone of fat free muscle. I know some people pass out on so few carbs training heavy. I’m lucky.
I have to agree with you 100%, on carbs i don’t feel as good as Im on fat&protein based diet. Carbs make me put on extra fat, even my diet is balanced.
